...Non omnis moriar...

These are real bodies of franciscan monks who were buried by tradition in dungeons of monastery. It's a distinction ritual showing their status. It was an honour to be buried like this - without a coffin, in habits. But such ritual has been forbidden in Poland about 1812-1825. It's really stirring to see those bodies almost not touched by the hand of time. And as it's said bodies of saints do not putrefy. In some mysterious way it's true, although no one can explain how it this possible...
